Zesty Keto Lemon Bars
Lemon on Lemon Bars
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1 3/4 cups almond flour
- 1 cup powdered Swerve
- 3 lemons
- 3 eggs
- Mix the butter, 1 cup of the almond flour and 1/4 cup of the Swerve together.
- Pat into an 8×8 pan and bake at 350deg F for 15 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes.
- While crust is cooking, mix up zest of 1 lemon, 3 lemons juiced and 3 eggs and 3/4 cup swerve and 3/4 cup almond flour.
- After crust cools, add the liquid mixture on top and put back in the oven for about 20 minutes.
