Keto Jalepeno Poppers
Cheesy crowd pleaser has just 3 grams of carbs per serving.
- 4-1/2 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 jalapenos, halved and seeded
- 6 slices bacon, halved
- Heat oven to 400F.
- Combine first 5 ingredients and spread evenly into jalepenos.
- Wrap each jalapeno with bacon and place on a wire rack inside a sheet pan.
- Bake until bacon crisps and cheese melts, 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
