Keto Jalepeno Poppers

Cheesy crowd pleaser has just 3 grams of carbs per serving.


Ingredients

  • 4-1/2 oz cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 jalapenos, halved and seeded
  • 6 slices bacon, halved

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients and spread evenly into jalepenos.
  3. Wrap each jalapeno with bacon and place on a wire rack inside a sheet pan.
  4. Bake until bacon crisps and cheese melts, 15-20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
