Keto Cream Cheese Pancakes

- 2 oz Cream Cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- 1 packet of Stevia (optional)
- Combine all ingredients in your blender for about 2 minutes til thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into heated skillet and add ingredients to fit your low carb or keto lifestyle.
- My grand daughter loves mint chocolate chips added to hers as shown in the picture above.
